Who we are

Kaleah Fogo, Brow Ink, 153 Wollaton Street, Nottingham, NG1 5FW, is responsible for your details. Questions about them go to kaleah.fogo@outlook.com.

What we keep

Your name, email and phone number; your appointments and what you booked; payments (your card details are held by Stripe, never by us); your health and consent form; and photos of your treatment, if you agree to them.

Why

To book and look after your appointments, to send your confirmations, reminders and aftercare, and to treat you safely. Your health form is health information, kept only because you give it to us for your treatment, and only Kaleah reads it.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the booking for us: Coded for Beauty, who built and run this booking system; Cloudflare and Neon, who host the website and keep the records; Stripe, for payments; and Resend, to send your messages. Each only uses your details to do that job, and any that keep them outside the UK protect them with the safeguards UK law requires. We never sell your details or use them for anyone else’s marketing.

Photos

Photos are taken for your records. They are only shared if you say yes on your form, and you can change your mind at any time.

How long

We keep your records while you are a client, and for as long as Kaleah’s insurance and the law ask after that. Then they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or change your mind about photos, by emailing kaleah.fogo@outlook.com. If you are unhappy with how we look after your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
